Therapy…

At your own pace, your way!

Hiya, I’m Fiona

Having lived in isolation for just over 15 years, I very much understand the need, as well as the desire, for secure, virtual access, and that our online relationships are every bit as real as our "in real life" ones.

I’m a neurodivergent individual diagnosed with ADHD, dyslexia & dyscalculia. I know what it is like to mask, to face barriers to equal participation, to navigate a world not necessarily built for brains wired (wonderfully) different, and has had to learn to request accommodations for myself and family.

My childhood involved immense abuse and trauma. Healing from that has opened my world to new connections and has brought me to a place where I want to help others thrive!

Are you ready to take back your life and live your best life? You deserve it!

Outreach Education
&
Public Engagement

Fiona has been invited; and will soon become part of the United Way's Speaker's Bureau...she can be booked for talks, meetings and groups - virtually.

Coming Soon: Tea with Fae
(Fae; pronounced "Fi")

A space where, over tea/coffee (but without the sounds of slurping...ewwww), she chats with experts and others who have walked the path; she explores (and shares) her own journey, as a neurodivergent individual, surviving the madness and mayhem of CSA, post-abuse gaslighting and her experiences with (international) law enforcement authorities, and responds to some of your questions/comments.

You are welcome here…

Here, this sacred space and time respects all intersections of identity (LGBT2QIA+, POC, cripped, etc.) and spiritual/cultural practices.

Here, the work with clients is from a compassionate, trauma-recovery, attachment-based, body-mind-connection, cognitive-behavioural, psycho-educational, narrative and relational approach. However, this practice recognizes the value and growth in including other methods and approaches as well.

No two people have identical experiences. They may be similar, but rarely exact. This practice considers the individual while applying and facilitating appropriate modalities or combinations of modalities toward the individual's possible recovery and healing, as a participant chooses.
